Danielle Allison is Chief Executive Officer of Ms. JD. Danielle strategically leads Ms. JD’s efforts to expand and retain, while eliminating barriers to, a robust, diverse pipeline of women in the legal profession in the U.S. by providing an accessible network of training, mentoring and support from pre-law through early career. Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and English Literature from Florida State University in 2003 and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School in 2006.
Eugenie M. Cesar-Fabian is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Palladium Equity Partners, LLC. Ms. Cesar-Fabian joined Palladium in June 2011. Ms. Cesar-Fabian was named a Notable LGBTQ Leader & Executive by Crain’s Business New York in 2019, received the National Organization for Women’s Women of Power & Influence Award in 2020, and was invited to become a member of Lawyers of Distinction in 2021. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from New York University, and a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
Sara is the VP of Product Operations at Ontra. Prior to Ontra, Sara managed attorney recruiting and professional development at Paul Hastings LLP. Sara holds an M.A. in Organizational Communication & Development from Emerson College. Sara enjoys scuba diving and taking her dogs to the beach.
Tara Murray is a justice defender, public advocate, and civil and human rights lawyer based in Washington, D.C. Her law office’s mission is to bring accountability in the justice system through litigation and public advocacy on behalf of communities most vulnerable to unfair treatment. Tara received a B.A., from Howard University, J.D., from Harvard Law School and LLM, Georgetown University Law Center.
