About the Author

Matt is the General Manager of Ontra's legal entity management solution, Ontra Atlas. He joined Ontra in 2022 after spending six years at Thomson Reuters in a number of product strategy and corporate strategy roles. Matt earned his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He lives in St. Paul, MN, with his wife, Victoria, and their dog, Wanona.
