We’re nearly halfway through 2024, and private fund managers have numerous compliance dates looming.

New and amended regulations go into effect in the second half of the year, though private funds no longer have to prepare for the SEC’s Private Fund Adviser Rules. New accelerated 13D & G filing deadlines take effect on September 30, and the structured, machine-readable data language requirements for Schedules 13D & G take effect on December 18.

Private fund managers also can’t forget the many amendments to Form PF, many of which take effect on June 11.
